I remember how much I was struggling when I first called the service. My first session was surprising to me, I felt so understood. There were times when I wasn’t sure if it was working but by the end, I had a much better understanding of what’s happening within me.

I appreciated having a safe space to talk things through and I began to better understand how my thoughts were impacting on my worries and fears.

The service has been very helpful. I received the treatment that I needed the most and all the time with care and understanding.
